Program Overview

Within complex thinking, the organization is defined as a network of human interactions. The task of HR is to leverage the potential of this “network of human interactions” to continually adapt to changing business conditions and to ensure sustainable business success. This program provides insights and practical skills within this context. It is designed to stimulate constructive discussions, insights and application on the following three levels:

  • Strategic - the strategic role and influence of HR in a complex adaptive environment

  • Tactical - the way in which HR tactically understands and adapts its function to cope with the challenges, and impact meaningfully on the organization

  • Personal - the way HR managers develop and leverage their strengths and courage to enhance personal credibility and impact
